Three privacy policy.

Last updated October 15, 2026Operator: SAHADEO HOLDINGS, LLC

Your training records stay in Three’s local app data. Apple Health is optional. The app has no account, analytics SDK or developer-operated data server.

Your training records.

Three is a strength-training and body-measurement log operated by SAHADEO HOLDINGS, LLC. The app does not require an account and does not send your training records to a server operated by us.

Information you enter is stored in the app’s local data container. Depending on what you choose to record, this can include:

  • Workouts, exercises, completed sets, loads, repetitions, dates and active duration.
  • An unfinished workout, optional shoulder check-in and workout notes.
  • Monthly body weight and optional chest, waist, hip, left/right upper-arm, thigh and calf measurements, with their dates, units and notes.

The app uses this information to resume workouts, remember previous loads, display your history and charts, and track monthly measurements. Values you leave empty remain unrecorded.

Optional Apple Health connection.

On iPhone, you can choose to connect Apple Health. Three requests permission to read and write Workouts only.

With access you choose to grant, Three can display shared traditional and functional strength-workout summaries from the last 90 days. These summaries contain workout dates, duration, activity type and the source app. The summaries are held in memory and are not copied into Three’s saved workout archive or its JSON backups.

When connected with workout-writing permission, Three can save your completed local sessions, including existing local workout history, to Apple Health as strength workouts. The export includes the recorded dates and active duration, workout labels and identifiers that help prevent duplicate exports. The app does not invent calorie, distance or heart-rate readings.

Three does not request Health access to body weight, circumference measurements, heart rate, calories, steps or clinical records. Detailed exercise sets and monthly body measurements remain in Three and are not written to Health.

Health access is optional. You can use Three’s local logging features without it and change or revoke permissions through Apple’s Health app permissions. Apple does not tell an app whether you denied reading permission, so an empty shared history does not prove that read access was granted.

A workout already saved to Health is separate from the Three log. Editing or deleting that log in Three does not change the Health entry; make those corrections in Apple Health.

Sharing, exports and backups.

Three has no advertising, analytics SDK, account service or developer-operated data server. We do not receive or sell your local workout records, body measurements or the Health summaries displayed by the app through Three.

You can explicitly export a JSON backup. This is a readable file containing your local workouts, unfinished workout, measurements and notes. It does not include summaries read from other Health apps. The file can leave your device through the destination you select, and the destination’s own storage and privacy practices apply. Later edits or deletions in Three do not change copies you have already exported.

Three does not provide automatic cloud synchronization between your devices. Operating-system device backups may separately include local app data according to your device settings. Apple Health’s own storage, backup and synchronization are managed by Apple and your settings.

The app contains links you can choose to open in your browser. Those sites have their own privacy practices; Three does not embed an advertising or tracking service for those links.

If you choose to send feedback through TestFlight, information you provide and any platform diagnostics are handled through Apple’s TestFlight service. Avoid including private training or Health information in feedback unless you intend to share it. This is separate from Three’s local workout archive.

Retention and deletion.

Local records remain until you delete them or remove the app’s local data. You can delete individual workout logs or monthly measurements, or discard an unfinished workout. A deleted record can remain temporarily in app memory for the Undo action while the app is open.

If an existing local file cannot be read, Three preserves it to avoid silently destroying your records. Recovery copies and previously exported backups are not automatically rewritten when you later delete a record. Removing the app’s local data removes its active local archive and recovery files; separately manage any device backups, exported files and Health entries you want to remove.

There is no Three account or developer-held training database to delete. Contact support@sahadeoholdingsllc.com if you have questions about these controls.

Changes and contact.

We will update this policy if Three’s data practices change. The last-updated date identifies this policy version.
